It was a new experience having our phones locked in bags so we could not take pictures inside the venue, but I understand protecting the comedian routines. The seats are so comfortable .

Dear Vet Tixs! I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the opportunity to attend the Wanda Sykes and Keith comedy tour through your lottery program. It was an amazing experience, not just for the comedy itself but for the time it allowed me to connect with my 20-year-old son. We often find ourselves on opposite sides of the political spectrum, and while some of the topics Wanda covered were challenging for him to hear, she brought up such important and thoughtful issues. Though he found it hard to laugh at certain moments, I noticed him loosening up by the end. It was a rare and cherished moment to have him sitting next to me, sharing that time together. We haven’t done anything this year together, so this experience felt like a breakthrough, and I’m hopeful it might help him see things from a different perspective, through the talented gift of comedy. Although we couldn’t take any pictures during the show, we did capture a moment outside the Spokane Convention Center that I will treasure. Thank you again for making this experience possible.
