Thank you Pratt Brothers for donating tickets to this Christmas event. Our family of 5 had the absolute best time!! Our kids loved all the shows, cookie decorating, all the lights and especially the train!! We even met up with family from another part of Arizona there and they had a great time as well. We thank you and vettix for the opportunity to attend events that we normally would not be able to go without this help. It truly means a lot to us that we are able to take our family to such a wonderful Christmas event this year!

It was a cool evening but beautiful displays. If this was the first day, i’m glad we received tickets because it will be really busy from now on. The shows were entertaining. It took a long time to get on the train but the ride was worth it.

We had a very nice time! Only thing I saw that was a little annoying was how you had multiple areas setup just for VIP ticketed people? I actually heard other people saying not nice things as well walking by these areas. All in all, beautiful light shows, the train was fun, and the show with the guys was corny, but entertaining! Thanks very much for donating tickets to Vet Tix!

I truly do appreciate the tickets provided to me and my family. While I wish I had a magical time, I don’t think I will be returning to a Pratt Brothers show unless big changes are made, even with free tickets. The lines for everything were extremely long and prevented us from getting to enjoy the experience. Giving your guests a 2 hour block to enjoy the experience would allow everyone to have a positive experience. The lights were great and the light show was neat but there wasn’t much else to do.
